Returns Policy

We’re sure you’ll absolutely love our products and services.

However, you’re fully protected by a 100% money-back return policy.

Here’s how it works…

If for some reason you’re dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You’ll get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.

If for some reason you’re dissatisfied 31 or more days after purchasing using a multi-payment option (such as a 3-installment option), simply return all products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for your recurring payment to be cancelled. If the product is a physical product we will refund (less shipping and handling) the money you have paid up until the date that you requested a refund once we have received the product back.

If the product/service you have purchased from us is part of an ongoing monthly recurring payment (and it’s outside the first 30 day money back guarantee period) and you wish to stop use of the product/service simply let us know and we will stop the recurring payment as soon as possible. Please understand that at that point you no longer will have continued access to the product/service you have signed up for. Also understand that there are no refunds for this type of product/service apart from requesting a refund during the first 30 days of use. Outside of that period the ‘user’ accepts that payment is in return of the products/service and no refunds are claimable.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below within 30 days of purchase, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 5 % of the purchase price and less the original shipping and handling costs.

In order to obtain a full refund under this policy for a physical or digital ongoing monthly service within 30 days of purchase please use the email contact information below and use the appropriate subject line for your e-mail. This will speed up our service to you.  If it’s outside of 30 days from the date of purchase and you wish to cancel the service (whether physical or digital) simply use the e-mail contact information below and use the appropriate subject line for your e-mail.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use the products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
